Resilience Through Change Everything flows - Heraclitus
RESILIENCE through CHANGE

In the world today and for some centuries now, change seems to be the only constant. Observed initially by the Greek philosopher Heraclitus everything seems to change and the only permanent thing is change itself.

As a result, it is of paramount importance to be able to cope and survive through change and find ways to evolve and flourish, in other words become more resilient. Very few individuals, teams or organisations have at their disposal the necessary tools, techniques and support they need to lead a path of purpose and meaning and to be able to come out of change stronger, happier and more functional.

Most of us spend a lot of time in denial, go into a fog of overwhelming feelings and stress out to the point that we develop health issues. Then, we react to our environment instead of creatively seeking to generate the best conditions for ourselves, and at some point accept our 'fate' and agree to whatever life has handed us.

Change that today and discover how to remove the blocks.
