Sedona Method
Techniques - Sedona Method

The Sedona Method was discovered in 1974 by the physicist Lester Levenson who was told by doctors he had only two weeks to live after 2 heart attacks and 6 ulcers. He lived an additional 42 happy years and developed the method further together with Hale Dwoskin. It is a powerful tool that supports and alleviates people of emotional and physical suffering and offers peace and emotional centering.

It is based on the rationale that we tend to resist any feeling we label as “bad”, and as a result we hang on to them, instead of allowing them to be and flow through us. Letting be and letting go is a choice.

The Sedona Method is used to remove the emotional blocks that stop us from finding our purpose, achieving balance and succeeding in all areas of our lives. Among others it also provides results in:

• Improving your health
• Having greater joy and emotional freedom in life
• Gaining release from emotional pain
• Taping the source of unlimited energy
• Supporting recovery from addictions
• Making sound decisions
• Eliminating stress

Several studies on the effectiveness of the Sedona Method have shown that it is a powerful tool for both individual and corporate effectiveness and wellness. They also reveal considerable reduction in heart rate and in diastolic blood pressure and suggest effective reduction of stress levels.
